For hygiene and product safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. Body support products such as shapewear or other items that are worn directly on or close to the body are not eligible for return once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.
If your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Once we review the situation, our team will provide an appropriate solution, which may include sending a replacement at no additional cost.
For any return requests or order-related issues, please contact our customer support team first by email. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Returns sent without contacting us in advance may not be accepted.
ASCENDA reserves the right to refuse returns if products have been used, damaged, incomplete, or are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
